Educational service
ICFPath publishes general educational content, planning tools, and document products about insulated concrete form project planning. It is not a manufacturer, designer, code official, contractor, supplier, insurer, inspector, attorney, or safety service. Content is not engineering, architectural, legal, code, safety, estimating, tax, or contracting advice and does not guarantee approval, performance, warranty coverage, price, or timing.
Your responsibility
You must confirm current official requirements, project-specific design decisions, selected-system information, contracts, quotes, supply, site, safety, placement, inspection, and record responsibilities with the source or qualified party responsible for each question. Do not use a generated checklist as design, engineering, a takeoff, a bracing or placement plan, a permit, an inspection, a certification, a warranty determination, or authorization.
Purchases and subscriptions
When checkout is enabled, the default bundle charges $179 for the kit, includes 30 days of Project Source Watch, and then renews at $19 each month until cancelled. A $149 annual renewal option and a $179 kit-only option are presented before checkout. The checkout screen controls the final amount and timing. You may cancel future membership renewal through the provided membership or billing-management flow.
Refunds
The separate refund policy explains the 30-day policy for the one-time kit charge. Recurring charges are not automatically covered by that kit guarantee; contact support promptly about a disputed charge. Statutory rights are not limited.
Acceptable use and ownership
Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful material, or present ICFPath material as official government guidance. Your purchased output may be used for your own case or organization; ICFPath's site, templates, and publishing system remain protected intellectual property.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as available and may change. To the extent permitted by law, ICFPath disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for decisions made without confirming current authority. Liability for a paid claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected product or service, except where law does not permit that limit.
